of Donasse (donuts)
Ingredients for approx 70 cakes
:
- 500 g
of flour
- 2 eggs
- 15 cl of milk
- 75 g of butter
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1 bean of vanilla or half teaspoon of ground
cardamon
- 65 g of sugar
- icing sugar |

Préparation :
- Blend eggs with sugar,
milk, baking powder, melted butter and vanilla (or cardamon)
- Mix then with the flour, ensuring the mas is not liquid and
not too much sticky.
- Spread the mass to obtain a 5 mm layer
- Cut circles into the mass with two circulars caps or covers,
of different sizes to produce disks. Fry them carefully turning them
to ensure that both sides are baked, then dry and spread icing sugar
on both sides.
